ICPS 2026 is hosted in Rabat, Morocco. The current site highlights ENSMR (Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Rabat) as the local host base, and detailed venue information will be shared closer to the event.

Most international attendees will arrive via Rabat-Sale Airport (RBA) or Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN), then continue to Rabat by train or road. A more detailed travel guide will be published closer to the conference.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality, so check the latest rules with the Moroccan embassy or consulate serving your country. If supporting documents are needed for confirmed participants, the organising team will share that process with attendees.

Accommodation details have not been published yet. Recommended options and booking guidance will be announced on the website and ICPS 2026 social channels.

The homepage currently lists a 200 euro registration fee and a 400 euro alumni fee. If these amounts change, the website will be updated before registration opens.
